"Initially I thought I was getting a great deal for someone I could really count on. Turns out they do terrible work, over charge you, and lie. They came to do a lot of work saying it was all up to ?code? and now I find it?s not at all. After the work they did, other electricians came and said they won?t touch the garbage. After they did a new build area I went to put plugs in and they never even hooked up 3 outlets to a live wire. They turned my solar system off while they were doing this and never turned it back on so I had months of high electric bills with no solar generation because of their negligence. They did all these things and after asking to make it right they just ghost you. Ask for quotes they say ?eh a few hundred dollars? then the project is done and they want a thousand. The guy brings his kids and doesn?t review their work. I wouldn?t recommend this company to my worst enemy. STAY AWAY! "

"I had reached out to five different Tesla approved companies, MaxCharged being one of them. It was the only company that had someone come out, Nick, to view the home and provide an estimate. Also, they were only one of two that even mentioned that my city required a permit and that they assist with that process. Nick gave me great information and answered all my questions. I approved the estimate, and the company kept me apprised throughout the permitting process. When completed, they scheduled a date and time. Nick and his colleague were both on time, thorough, and cleaned up after. The whole install took about three hours, and I was very pleased with the results. I'd like to recommend them both, as well as Emilie who was the one who kept me in the loop and assisted with a payment issue. Not a MaxCharged issue, it was my banks problem. You won't go wrong with having them install your EV charger!"

Only thing I thought was a bit of a hassle was having to schedule multiple people to come out just to give you a quote. Plummer came out to then tell me they had to have his manager come out to sell me the water softener system- then depending on how long it takes another appointment just to install. Was bit of a hassle but luckily I was off work for a week so it wasn’t a huge deal. They will try to upsell you but not pushy by any means. Definitely recommend!"
