R & J Cooling and Heating LLC, only employs technicians that have passed background checks and drug tests. All our technicians are NATE certified and must continue industry training during the year. "This contractor got assigned by my home warranty company. This worst company i have ever seen. if option to rate, i will give him zero star. he came couple of days after got assigned and heard sound from blower motor, it was loud and said he said he will get part 2mrw and come in next couple of days to replace this motor. After this he have me 4 appointment and never came. He stopped taking my call and his voice mail is full. Contacted AHS and they try to contact him and nothing happened. After 4 call to AHS they reassigned to different contractor. its more than a month and he never called back."
