We are excited to have some peace of mind with our new security system in place. We love that we can access it all from the app. The indoor camera will not only allow me to see what’s going on in my home from a security standpoint, but I can’t wait to watch the trouble our dogs get into while we are gone! Upon my appointment date, my tech Zach called 30 min prior to arrival and was here on time as planned. He had his booties for the house and his supplies. He was friendly and approachable, very clean and professional. He was very informative about the plan and execution of why he was here and when it came time to show me how to use the website, app, and panel he knew exactly what he was talking about. We got a hold of Courtney and they were extremely nice and informative from the very beginning, quick to schedule the appointment to come down as soon as possible to install the alarm system once we made the decision to go with Black Hat Security! The technician that came to our home to install everything, JD, again extremely polite and answered all of our questions, was very quick and done within a couple hours!
