This contractor got assigned by my home warranty company. This worst company i have ever seen. if option to rate, i will give him zero star. he came couple of days after got assigned and heard sound from blower motor, it was loud and said he said he will get part 2mrw and come in next couple of days to replace this motor. After this he have me 4 appointment and never came. He stopped taking my call and his voice mail is full. Contacted AHS and they try to contact him and nothing happened. After 4 call to AHS they reassigned to different contractor. its more than a month and he never called back.

This company is terrible. I would not have selected them on my own however, my home warranty company assigned them my service request. As other customers have commented, no respect for appointment window showing up 3 hours after the window. The technician came in and looked in the closet and said it was board that needed to be replaced. He never did any other diagnostics on the system or even walked outside to look at the remainder of the unit even though I expressed that the unit hadn't been cooling and there could be more than one thing wrong. I had to chase him down to schedule a return visit to replace the broken part. System is still not working properly and now I have to pay for another company to come out and make a proper diagnosis to fix the problem.

Very professional, kept me in the loop, verified price, courteous, anyone that lives in Arizona needs AC, so the response was fast and reliable, I would recommend them again and again! 5 star review!
