He has all the equipment needed to complete any job, and he does it efficiently and professionally, and completely cleaned the lot to be ready for a new mfh. He is the best contractor in my book."

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."

"Dakotah Construction was able to install a concrete in my property. The work was competent and the price was reasonable. In addition, they were able to work with minimal supervision and were able to deal with some fairly sticky officials (who were just doing their job, I guess). We negotiate contracts on a Request for Proposal basis. When we do our next project that requires concrete or excavation work, Dakotah Construction will definitely be at the top of the list of invitees."
