Dakotah Construction was able to install a concrete in my property. The work was competent and the price was reasonable. In addition, they were able to work with minimal supervision and were able to deal with some fairly sticky officials (who were just doing their job, I guess). We negotiate contracts on a Request for Proposal basis. When we do our next project that requires concrete or excavation work, Dakotah Construction will definitely be at the top of the list of invitees.

Jorge and Tim did an excellent job. They came when they said. The communication was great. I knew what was happening and when. They were very flexible when I had a scheduling conflict with other contractors. They looked at the location of where I wanted the pad and made recommendations. So easy to work with, friendly and did a great job.

They are good workers, I love the result, they were very professional and clean, and I will totally use them again.

We hired Dakotah Construction to repair our concrete garage floor and epoxy seal it. They were super communicative during the planning stage, discussing the details of the project and our options. We got a second opinion on the quote and we were very happy with the price. When the work was scheduled, they were on time and got the work completed incredibly quickly. I popped my head in from time to time while they worked and they happily explained what they were doing and what they’d do next, and I was always amazed at the progress they made each time. Things are still drying right now but my wife and I are excited to convert our garage into a more usable space, and Dakotah made that possible!
