Demolition
Had a car run through our trailer home, which could not be fixed due to damage to the frame. Jim gave us a quote to demolish it, and the work was done. He has all the equipment needed to complete any job, and he does it efficiently and professionally, and completely cleaned the lot to be ready for a new mfh. He is the best contractor in my book.

We hired Jim to install sliding doors/windows in our Arizona room. We had him back to install more. Professional, reasonably priced, timely, skilled and friendly. Jim beats the competition big time. We had other contractors before him, so we know. Jim is now our "go-to contractor". Only bummer is, this is like giving out your best fishing spot. Now he's going to be so popular ......

Jim did an excellent job installing our plantation shutters. He stepped up to install the shutters after we were left without anyone to help us with this project. He used his vast experience to beautifully install the shutters to showroom perfection. I would highly recommend Jim for your next project.

Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
Jim Lloyd is knowledgeable and skilled in all areas of home remodeling. I hired him for a second job, and will re-hire him anytime. Highly recommend him. My only complaint is the Angi/HomeAdvisor app, which didn't work. Calls to Angi are answered in English, but then you are transferred to Home Advisor in a foreign country with incomprehensible english. The only thing they can say clearly is "I can't help you". Do a work around with the contractor and stay away from the app.

Jim does the work you want done in the agreed upon time. His experience shows in the finished product - he took the dilapidated doors and fascia of my large shed ( where nothing is square) and replaced them with new wood. Today we signed a contract for a new deck - can't wait to see it

Shed, Barn or Playhouse - Build
Jim appreciates that I'm retired and don't have a lot of money. He has done everything from clearing the lot next to my home to installing sun screens. He helped me so much when he suggested painting the bathroom cabinet instead of the cost of installing a new cabinet. His pricing allows me to get the things done I need and want. He is very friendly, he listens to me. If anything comes up, he will make sure its right.
