"We were charged $2,000 just to dig a hole in the ground, with no work done, only for leak diagnostics. Later, they told us it’d cost almost another $2,000 to actually fix the leak, with no guarantee it wouldn’t be more and no warranty for the job. We stopped after paying the first $2,000 and are now looking for someone else to handle it. Other than that, they do good work, they’re just ridiculously expensive."
