"Well, Well Tenant 1 year later. The neighborhood in Poulsbo- Vaughn Milton Loop homes are coming of age. Yes I did clean the furnace. I responded to your landlord , the property mangement company. Most the of the gas furnaces are coming of age and due for replacement. We have already replaced furnaces in your neighborhood and the surrounding area. This is a very touchy subject when condemning furnaces. In Kitsap County, I do use Cascade Natural Gas for a second opinion which we did recommend that. The home you are living in is one of my good friends. Tom Hobbs RIP. It was hard enough for his widow to move back to where she came from. Before she left the stack pipe was replaced and we did clean the furnace. You were very demanding on having it covered under warranty. One of your neighbors will give you testimony on that because he wanted to let all the neighbors know that the furnaces were getting old and that the pipes were rotting out. So I would not be surprised if the heat exchanger had a crack in it. I did see some plastic that looked like it was a cap to a spray can that was around the burner area, that was melted. This made it look like the furnace was not cleaned, its on your cell phone, don't you remember. All homes when sold are required to have smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. I am very sorry you feel that way. We are not worried about the 2 service calls that were made to the rental house you are living in for the $161, we did not send it to collections. We are very sure this could have been resolved very easily with a simple phone call. Our phone # is 360-779-9678. PS Did you get a new furnace in the rental? Why 1 year later posting a review, very spiteful."
