Regal Bath & KitchensWe work with Tamara with the design and overall work for our remodel. We plan on doing our master bath shower in the near future and I will definitely hiring them again. I was a little worried in the beginning because their bid was quite a bit below another contractor's bid. I had nothing to fear and their workmanship was excellent. The person doing the plumbing work was the cleanest worker I have ever seen. He cleaned the area better than he found it everyday. He would sweep and mop the area before leaving his work. The tile layer came in on his normal day off just to finish his work. The work was done promptly. My neighbor started the same project and it has been on going for several months. Regal started on Monday and finished all the work except for a special made glass door the following Tuesday. The door took an extra week but Tamara had told us that would happen. The project turned out fantastic. I have already referred them to several of my neighbors for their remodeling needs. I am looking forward to working with them for our next project.- bruce p.

We looked at a total of 5 contractors. Regal’s pricing was very competitive. Once the work started, everyone involved was very professional. Quality of work was excellent. From Junior, to Francisco, Sal and the supervisor Jesus, were all great and responsive. At the end of each day, the areas were thoroughly cleaned. Next Level Remodeling IncYou will never regret contracting with Rodolfo and his team. This is the 2nd remodel Next Level has done in my home. I would not let any other contractor do extensive work in my home. Rodolfo has a first class team in place which includes but is not limited to the very capable and highly focused Ray, and 2 master tile artists. They are excellent and trustworthy workers. As well, Rodolfo is quite skilled in all aspects of remodeling including electrical and plumbing. They arrived on time every day and worked consistently throughout the day. Mark and his team were great. Once we settled in on a project start time he got to work. They were here on time every day and they took their time to get the job right. Due to the nature of the project, it required time for the cement to cure and the stucco to dry. They allowed the proper time for this to happen before moving on to the next step.

I feel I should get money back since they did not fulfill their commitment and jobs quoted and paid for. date of estimate Feb. 8, 2021 Job started Feb 9, 2021 They did not complete jobs I hired them for. Overpriced and would not come back to fix or finish the work. I am a 65 year old woman with arthritis and had to finish things myself. I could not fix the gate latch on the fence and gate they installed. The latch would not work. Today an electrician I hired for another job fixed it for me. I showed him all the messy or unfinished work and he felt bad for me. I was told they would come on Thursday to tend to my concerns and they didn't show. I called and they said Friday and they didn't show. I called on Saturday to give them one more chance before I write a bad review. I was told someone would come out on Saturday and no one showed up again.
