"Daryl did a final confirmation walk-through with me on 8/10 and confirmed the job would begin on 8/15 and take less than 2 days. The crew arrived on time on 8/15 and the job was completed 8/16 before noon. The workmanship is impeccable. All five project parts meet, or exceeded expectations. The pad and walkway were artfully installed. The stepping stones were matched to complement my travertine patio and were less expensive than the stone that I was targeting. The crew was friendly, and cleaned up when the project was complete. My curb appeal has improved dramatically with the work performed. What I really appreciated was that there was zero miscommunication. Everything that I scoped for this project was done exactly as we discussed. Very refreshing based on some of the other reviews that I read. I would definitely hire Green & Trim again for my next landscape or hardscape project."

Seceral landscapers just wanted to add a drain wheras Isaac wanted to fix the root cause of the problem and had to relevel my yard with a ton of work to resolve the drainage issue. "I approached Masterscapes in a panic as I had a deadline for getting my back patio / yard done for 2 upcoming events I was hosting in my home.  I had just finished putting a pool in and my yard was a huge mess! I ordered beautiful travertine, a pergola and artificial turf. I had only 3 weeks total to get it all done , including picking out which travertine I wanted and waiting for it to be shipped. They got the pergola up in 2 days, the tile took 2 days 3 days after the pergola went up and the turf in a half day 4 days after they were finished with the tile.  Everything was stunning, efficient and all of their crews were professional and friendly! I plan on using them again and would highly recommend!

"I purchased a mechanical awning from Awnings by Design 15 years ago. Unfortunately they have since gone out of business. One of our 2 awnings extended too far, the arms fully extended and could not retract. I did not know who I could call for assistance. We went on Angis list and Fernando from A to Z Shades contacted me about the work. I qualified him over the phone and he cited 12 years experience working on mechanical awnings. He said almost 100% it was a broken limit switch on the motor and it needed to be replaced. He provided an estimate over the phone. Fernando and associate came to our house on time and prepared with ladders and tools. He is very polite and trustworthy. They installed the new motor and tested the system. It worked just as promised. They cleaned up after doing their work. As a bonus they noticed a non automated shade was crooked. He recommended we let it sit in the sun to increase the kink. I would recommend Fernando for awnings and shade projects or repairs. Dan A."
