System Pavers

System Pavers are suing us. They're using the justice system to harass & extort us into paying for work that was never performed, & never agreed to. We hired SP in 2023 to install pavers at our home. From the beginning, the paperwork and process were confusing, inaccurate, and misleading: The pro forma contract omitted key details, such as pricing of specific materials or precise scope of work. The amendment SP sent later incorrectly listed our patio as the area to be paved, even though we only wanted our driveway & walkway. The amendment also increased the price, but failed to include accurate quantities, drawings, or clear scope. SP never worked on the patio - and promised they would reduce the contract price to reflect the actual work performed. Despite our repeated requests, they refused to provide a final invoice with correct pricing. Instead of working with us in good faith, they abruptly filed a lawsuit. We believe this constitutes Deceptive & Unfair Business Practices!

Bob, Jose, Marcus (Apex Turf), and everyone on the install crew were helpful, knowledgeable, and readily available for any questions or concerns we had. Our backyard is better than we could have imagined.

Buyer beware!!! Systempavers in Phoenix Az promised work done in 5-8 days…work was so bad they had to rip it out and redo it. Total time was 6 weeks. Workers left our front and backyard a mess every day. Destroyed our pool pump and filter because of so much trash and dust left in pool. $3000 to replace pool pump and filter, Work is still not completed. We were told we don’t pay until we are 100% satisfied, we have had three project managers all that have quit or left and we are left with unfinished work and no one that will address it until payment is made in full! Save yourself some time and go with a smaller local company!

We chose System Pavers due to the exceptional up-front work by Jake and Anthony (Design Consultants) and Nick (Project Manager) delivered an excellent installation. System Pavers was not our low bid…but it was clear that they had a superior plan and installation process, along with a terrific warranty! I definitely recommend them to you…you will not be disappointed!

I could not be happier with how my side yard turned out! My side yard was poorly leveled and barely used before System Pavers came and redesigned it. The area came out beautifully and I can't wait to use it, my dog loves the astroturf and I love the pergola and extra shaded they added. Nick, my project manager, has been amazing to work with and easy to communicate with; there was things the construction crew left behind and we have been communicating continuously still to get it taken care of. I cannot say how happy I am with the results. I will definitely be reaching out to System for my next backyard project!

A little overpriced but good work.

System Pavers did an outstanding job replacing my old concrete front porch and about 350 sq. ft of asphalt/concrete in front of my garage. From the initial design consult with Rob, to the work ethic of Abel and his crew, and the final walk-through with Morgan, I was extremely pleased. The entire System Pavers team was extremely professional. Morgan did a great job communicating with me throughout the project and took the time to educate me on how to care for my pavers. Abel's install crew was responsive to minor change requests and were very respectful of our property and neighbors. I look forward to having System Pavers take on my next project!
