"I've been using this company off and on for several years. They aren't the least expensive, but I'll tell you, they are the best! I have a vacation rental and a sump pump...not a good combination. Last night, the guest reported sewage backing into the shower and bathtub. I got in touch with Beverly at 8 a.m., and she had someone at the house by 9:30. Beverly has always taken my calls these past few years, and she feels like a family member who is there to help. She is always helpful and talks me off a ledge when I'm stressed about a plumbing issue. Thank you, Beverly! "Discovered leak on the main water line to my house on Wednesday morning. I called and Nick Garcia had a crew out to my house within 45 minutes. They found one leak and fixed it. I discovered another leak the next day and once again a crew arrived quickly (around 30 minutes). They suggested redoing part of the line to prevent further leaks and discovered a branch water line that was no longer needed. Just to make sure, they left their work uncovered for a day to ensure no leaks - there were none. As they waranteed their earlier work, they only charged my for one hour."
