Discovered leak on the main water line to my house on Wednesday morning. I called and Nick Garcia had a crew out to my house within 45 minutes. They found one leak and fixed it. I discovered another leak the next day and once again a crew arrived quickly (around 30 minutes). They suggested redoing part of the line to prevent further leaks and discovered a branch water line that was no longer needed. Just to make sure, they left their work uncovered for a day to ensure no leaks - there were none. As they waranteed their earlier work, they only charged my for one hour.

We contacted Buena Vista Plumbing to install a high efficiency toilet in out master bath as part of a local water conservation program.
The plumber showed up on time, installed the toilet quickly, efficiently and professionally.  He then cleaned up and left everything neat and tidy when the installation was complete.
Our experience with Buena Vista Plumbing was positive, and we would consider calling on them for any future plumbing needs.

Do not hire this company for any solar work! They may be competent at plumbing, but they do not know what they are doing with solar power installation.
Mr. Garcia was prompt and friendly, until we signed a contract and made a 60% deposit. After that, we did not hear from his company for months. Almost no work was done in the six months after we signed the contract. At that time, Mr. Garcia told us that the system would not work as promised and had to be redesigned. Two months later, still nothing more had been done. Work did not resume until after we filed a complaint with the Arizona Board of Contractors. Two months later (eight months after we signed a contract), the job was "finished" and we were given an invoice for the balance. However, it failed inspection by the power company twice. We hired another company to fix the problems, which involved completely reinstalling all of the equipment.  The system ended up costing us $10,000 more than originally promised. Bunea Vista Plumbing insisted this was a bargain for us because of value of the additional components necessary for the system to work.

Chris show up and got right to work figuring out what the problem was. He then came to the door to explain what was going on. He went and got supplies and fixed the problem. He came by, after hours and on his day off. He was courteous and professional. I'd highly recommend him to anyone in need of service.

I consider myself pretty good at doing the normal maintenance choirs that a home owner has to deal with, tile, paint, light pluming & appliance installation.  After attempting some repairs which failed I call Buena Vista Plumbing.  I was prepared for a call saying that they might be a bit late but was pleasantly surprised when the door bell rang 10 min early.   Chris was very polite, he took his time when listening to my concerns and then recommended the best course of action.  He was quick, professional and clean.Chris also took the time to show me some techniques in plumbing and soldering.  Then continued by sharing the best way protect pipes during extreme cold weather.Chris and Buena Vista Plumbing are now my go to people.

Thanks,  Stacy

We first met Frank Garcia at a home show in late February 2011.  He called us a couple of weeks later and we agreed to a meeting.  When he arrived for the meeting, his paperwork for our estimate was mixed in with another person's paperwork and was incorrect.  Once we helped  him sort the papers, he began making corrections on the estimate so it ended up being even more confusing.  We had several questions of which he didn't have the answers so we decided to talk about it and give him time to get answers to our questions then meet again.  Our first question was how long it would take for the project to be completed and he said 6 weeks start to finish.  At our next meeting, he had some of our answers but the paperwork was still wrong.  We decided not to pursue the project due to Frank's lack of knowledge of the process and lack of professionalism.  He expected us to trust him based on his word alone.  We contacted a neighbor that had a new solar system and were told that Frank was just like family, very punctual and provided great service.  Based on this information, we decided to go ahead with the project.  We gave Frank an initial payment, $10,000, for a solar water heater and that worked out fine except a 5 day project ended up being 3 weeks before it was complete.  Next, trying to get the rest of the system completed, is where our nightmare began.  It took 2 months before work began on the roof to install the brackets to hold the panels.  Then we began to make calls to Frank because nothing was being done and we were now at 3 months since the start.  Frank would not return our calls and when he did schedule work to be done, no one showed up on several occasions.  One day we came home early and the electrician was there and asked us to please pay Frank what we owed him so he could be paid for his work.  We explained that we had already paid $10,000 and another $22,500 and no more payments would be made until the system was up and working.  He apologized and said he would finish his part as soon as possible.  Finally on August 1st, our system was complete but still not working.  Frank actually asked for the final payment even though it didn't work.  We advised him that until it was operational, he would not be paid.  It took 3 more weeks and finally on  August 29th we were done with him.  We will never use him again nor recommend him to anyone!
