When the technician arrived, he said it would cost $480.00. Then the plumber lowered the price to $250.00. The office denied giving the original quote. On on the following day, another plumber did the job the following for $158.00. "

From start to finish, the job was plagued by poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of accountability. For instance, toilets were installed improperly, and the master bathroom plumbing still leaks. 5. **Permit and Inspection Failures** - The permit process was mismanaged, leading to failed inspections. Rooter Ranger failed to communicate inspection results and left us to manage issues with city inspectors. At this point I still don't know if we passed inspection 6. **Unprofessional Conduct** - The revolving door of inexperienced workers made it feel like we were relying on unqualified friends rather than professionals. - We have called leaders, supervisors and directors about issues and everyone we have talked with has since dropped the ball and communicated property or taken any sense of accountability. In summary, our experience with Rooter Ranger was unacceptable. We still have leaks, we feel we have been ripped off and still no idea we have passed city inspection. I discovered another leak the next day and once again a crew arrived quickly (around 30 minutes). They suggested redoing part of the line to prevent further leaks and discovered a branch water line that was no longer needed. Just to make sure, they left their work uncovered for a day to ensure no leaks - there were none. As they waranteed their earlier work, they only charged my for one hour."
