From start to finish, the job was plagued by poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of accountability. We feel misled, overcharged, and left with incomplete and subpar work. **Key Issues:** 1. **Invoice Inaccuracies** - The initial invoice labeled as an estimate was never updated to reflect the actual scope of work. We were charged for tasks, like concrete removal, that weren’t even performed. - Despite the work remaining unfinished, Rooter Ranger pushed to collect payment prematurely, making us question their commitment to completing the job. 2. **False Promises** - The company assured us they’d assist with the insurance process and provide a non-invasive solution for pipe repairs. Both claims turned out to be false. We had to seek external help for insurance, and despite promises, they wanted to damage our kitchen floor and we had to come up with a solution that came with additional cost unaccounted for. 3. **Dishwasher Oversight** - A critical error involving the dishwasher line was ignored until we identified it.
