From start to finish, the job was plagued by poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of accountability. We feel misled, overcharged, and left with incomplete and subpar work. **Key Issues:** 1. **Invoice Inaccuracies** - The initial invoice labeled as an estimate was never updated to reflect the actual scope of work. We were charged for tasks, like concrete removal, that weren’t even performed. - Despite the work remaining unfinished, Rooter Ranger pushed to collect payment prematurely, making us question their commitment to completing the job. 2. **False Promises** - The company assured us they’d assist with the insurance process and provide a non-invasive solution for pipe repairs. Both claims turned out to be false.
