On 8/28/14 I took my 2010 Ford Escape to Clesr Choice Auto Glass in Prescott AZ. They were refered to me by my insurance co. I thought that I had a windshield leak. There was water on the drivers side floorboard every time it rained. Jeff, (the owner) did an air pressure test and found no leaks in the windshield. Then he asked me to open the sunroof. Everthing looked normal? However, the drives side drain was completely plugged. He explained how it was overflowing when it rained and the water found its way into the car. He spent more than an hour tracking the leak. He cleared the drain. I aked him if I needed to contact my insurance, and he said he would do it. I received a call from my insurance co. They said that he did not charge for his labor or time on this job. He was very professonal and a nice guy. He has made a new customer and comes Highly recommended by me for any of your auto glass needs. A fair man who does fair work for his customers.
