We've never had any complaints, some of our neighbors use them too.

TDK installed the systems in this home in 2006 for the original owner.  We purchased the home in 2012 - and have had TDK out twice yearly on a service contract.  In the Spring a technician comes out and shuts down the boiler for the in floor heat, and prepares the forced air system for our "cooling" season.  In the fall they come out and fire up the boiler and prepare the heating system for winter. The technicians "clean" the units, replace filters and check the systems. This is done on a yearly contract price in excess of $1500.
Saturday, We called TDK with 2 issues.  The forced air furnace would not bring up the temperature in the house above 65 degrees and the boiler for the in floor heat was not producing any heat at all.  
The technician looked at the furnace and told us that everything was working properly as far as he could see, but wasn't certain.
He also checked the boiler for the in floor heat and indicated that the mother board was no good, as there was a leak and water had damaged the board.  There was nothing that he could do until he got the the shop on Monday.  He assured us that he would speak with Kurt and have Kurt call us with the price of 1) replacing the mother board and 2) the cost of replacing the boiler.  The technician also said that he would discuss the forced air system and have Kurt set up a time to come out and look at it to determine if there was something wrong with it.
Today is Monday - 7:40pm.  I called TDK at 4:00 today since I hadn't heard anything from anyone and have space heaters located in the house to help keep it warm. I was told by the person that answered the phone that she would text Kurt and have him call me.   Obviously, followup is not a priority as I haven't heard from anyone yet and still have the space heaters plugged in.

Technician was on time and worked for about two hours checking systems. explained what he had checked and that all systems were operating within proper ranges. We have a contract that they come twice a year and check and do preventative maintenance.

Technician was on time, polite and very professional. We had just moved into the house and he serviced the air conditioner and showed us how everything worked. The company had given a time window and the technician was right on time. Will use them again.

Our house was only about 8 years old, so the windows and heating duct work was still pretty tight. Our house rated well on the pressure scale, and therefore did not have any significant air leaks. The serviceman did wiggle into a very tight closet ceiling; for access to our attic crawlspace; to do a visual confirmation on the seals of the duct work. Overall he was satisfied we were OK. He did make sure we had the paperwork for an APS rebate, which he took with him and filed on our behalf. APS did refund $75 of the service call, within about 2 weeks.
Overall, I was happy with the service!

They were fabulous. We got a rebate and I highly recommend them. They came when they said, they did the work, they inspected it, they saw that it ran and the price was fair. We got a $500 rebate and a $3000 tax break. Further we could take it out with Wells Fargo for three years and 0% interest. That was big plus too. They were very nice. They did not talk down to you. They were extremely pleasant to deal with and they followed through. Above all they adhered to their commitments. I will use them in the future. My heating went down 25%. We had a 18 year old furnace, and the air-conditioner was not broken but we decided that it was time we replaced it. We experienced huge energy efficiency. With the air-conditioner we experience a steady uniform temperature throughout the house. I can't say enough of that.

I began using TDK in 2009 on the recommendation of a friend. I quickly found them to be responsive to my needs. They show up when they say they will or they call and explain why they will be late. Their phone personnel are courteous and work with me to schedule visits at convenient times. Their service personnel are well-mannered, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am completely pleased with their services.
