Technician wanted to drill holes in my brand new Kitchen Cabinets, instead of fixing the problem of no water pressure in hook up on wall where you connect the water line to refrigerator. When he finally figured out the problem said he would return after getting some parts, and never returned. I had to call them two days later to reschedule. Which they should've called me to reschedule the next day. This happened twice. It took the technician 3 hours to figure out the A/C Compressor was over amping. They placed in the order. After a few days they returned to install the new compressor, but had to go back to shop due to having empty gas tanks for his torch. It took 5 hours for him to return with some tanks that had gas. They have no care if you have things to do, they seem to think you are supposed to wait or take all the time off in the world. I have work and need to pay bills but had to take 4 extra days off just to accommodate them. I had all work done though my home warranty, so when I asked for an invoice, I was told that due to there contract with my home warranty they dont have to provide me with that. Only a receipt for the Deductible.

The issue resulted in significant water damage, inconvenience, and stress. As demo proceeded, it was evident that during the June maintenance visit, no maintenance was performed - dirt, webs, etc. were present in both the HVAC and compressor units. The cutoff did not function as the original installation put it high above the overflow level. A significant leak was identified in the HVAC/AC system before demo started. This company was rude and less than honest in their representation of their work. Additionally, when the water heater was removed to reach part of the damaged area behind it, the nipples on the top of the unit were corroded beyond use and could have resulted in failure at any time. My question - why was this not checked and corrected in June? I paid out of pocket to replace these because we were able to squeeze the existing nipples by hand and they bent. I don't know what has happened to this company, but there is no level of pride of ownership or customer service now.

Very bad experience. First I was told one of the compressors went out. It was replaced , but the technician had to come back the next day because it was making noise and not cooling. The technician kicked the unit to try to stop the noise. They sent another technician who reported there was not any anti freeze and that was why the noise and the warm air. He checked the second unit and that compressor went out. It was replaced this week and 2 days later, it is blowing warm air. I set the thermostat to 78 but the temperature is 82. My electric usage was much higher than usual because I have had one unit running all the time, trying to cool my whole house when it requires the two units to work together. Poorest service I have ever experienced!

Worst company ever. The technician failed to properly fix the ac unit. When I called to tell them not even an hour after the technician left they refused to send anyone out. Had to get ahold of the AHS my home warranty company to get them to place another work order to have them come and fix the mistake. The office staff is very rude and very unprofessional. Again refused to come do the service after speaking with them the morning of the day they were going to come out. One said they cancelled the other denied talking to me. They hung up on me twice, my family member twice AND my home warranty company and refused to come fix their mistake. The owner then sent out an email to me after writing me review to the BBB and was very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. I later read the other complaints of the company and the same thing has happened to other people as well with this same company. Their lack to do the proper job, show the correct credentials, the owner lying about me being a customer and the rudeness of the office staff is very unprofessional and no one should be treated that way. I'm glad I have saved everything from this company, voicemails, call logs and emails and invoice. Hope no one ever has to deal with the same disrespect I have received from this company. And it's sad the other people have had the same issue and the company is so unwilling to fix their mistakes after being hired to complete their work. Come to find out later also due to the lack of the proper equipment needed the unit was required incorrectly after the technician stated it was "fixed." I'd rather pay $1000 more to another company to have the respect I deserve and the unit fixed correctly and be hung up on and denied services after their failure to do the correct work!! I'd take your business elsewhere so you don't have to deal with Allen the owner or his staff and have the tables turned on you and threatened!!

Not well at all. The tech failed to: (1) observe and/or report two very dirty condenser coils on each unit, which can result in high electric bills; (2) notice that the pipe leading from the furnace in the attic wasn't properly sealed, resulting in condensation flowing directly onto the attic floor and out through a ceiling light fixture below; (3) notice that the pipe leading from the furnace wasn't angled properly for drainage, causing the a/c unit to shut down for 4 days while we waited for another HVAC contractor to come and fix the problem; and (4) stepping on unsupported sheetrock on the attic floor, causing two large holes which poked through the ceiling below.

They mounted the air conditioning system in line with the joist, which means all the weight is on 2 joist. I forced them to do it across them which makes the weight on 3 or 4 joist. I had them fix drywall work. They also fixed leaks in my roof. It was impossible for me to get them to respond until I threatened to take legal action. Recently, my unit was not cooling properly so I called them to do a service call, and they did not do anything expect tell me it was low on coolant. They said they had to do a leak test and charge me $1100 for the test. I do not trust them.

I hired them again to come and repair our furnace because we were without heat for a week. We had to wait for parts and that delayed the process and we had to use space heaters to keep warm. I will not recommend this company.

Wanting to get the work done and out of the way I booked an 8 to 11am time slot. As the time slot began to get close And I had not heard from them I smelled they would not be on time so I called. Apparently the previous appointment was taking longer than they anticipated- which is understandable, stuff happens- I get that. My problem is that I had to call them to get that information rather than they calling me and explaining that they were going to be late. These days there is really no excuse for a dispatcher/home office/ what-have-you to not know where their techs are in respect to the agreed upon schedules and to proactively make the proper adjustments. They did offer a 1 year inspection service for "free" as consolation. Clever, they keep me in the fold for future business. Once the tech got to the house he was professional and apologized for not calling. He was able to find the problem and showed us what the problem was. Frankly, I dont know if it was a good price or not being that I don't fix furnaces very often but my gut told me I wasn't going to get much more of a break if I opted to call around so I had them do the repair. The repair did make a significant difference- wife was happy.

Cool Breeze worked out okay. I ended up buying a new air conditioning system from them. They did tell me that I had some problems and recommended some additional services. And based on their recommendations, I went ahead and brought a new air conditioner. Which incidentally, I shouldn’t have done, because I had forgotten that I had a warranty on all the stuff in my house, because it was a new purchase and still under warranty. And the warranty company probably would have repaired it. It is nobody’s fault, but my own! They left trash, leaving trash is not good. My neighbors complained about trash! I discussed the trash issue with the president of the company, and he was most apologetic.
