Desert Duct Detailing

After a bumpy start due to an appointment time mix-up, everything went very well. Work went quickly and everything was left very cLean.. I would definitely hire them again.

I made an appointment for the work to be done but nobody showed up on the agreed-upon date and time. Since I'd stayed home specifically for them, I was a bit upset and tried several times to reach them. After a few hours, Travis did return my call, said he couldn't find my appointment anywhere, but did agree to come out the next morning (a Saturday) to remedy the situation. They did show up in a timely manner on Saturday and cleaned the air ducts and the dryer vent. The air duct cleanling, especially, made a huge difference in our air quality. I would hire them again, but I'd certainly contact them prior to the appointed time to make sure that they would show up.

Travis Spencer is a professional with good equipment and is very knowledgeable. His background in installing and repairing AC's was key to solving my smell issue as he determined the AC coils needed cleaning. He arrived on time and completed the work well within his estimated timeframe. He listened closely to my concerns on the smell and tracked down and repaired the issue. Based on his work I scheduled him to clean my main house ducts

Travis called back quickly, scheduled a time with 72 hours and arrived on time. I was at work but Travis kept me updated by texting pictures. I will definitely use him again in the future

I could schedule their service within a couple of days. They arrived on time. In two hours all the vents were clean. Also they cleaned up after themselves. They were professional in their behavior and provided an excellent quality of service.

My service was preformed in a professional, timely and friendly manner, by owner. I was very pleased with the service and quality of the job done. I noticed that rather than dusting my home every week, I had week off from dusting to enjoy coffee and scones with my sister and family. I only have to dust my home every other week now, here in our dust ridden town. My allergies symptoms have improved greatly and feeling very happy about that. I called Home Advisor and they recommended Desert Duct Detailing. An appointment was made for two days later. Desert Duct Detailing was expected at 10:00 and called at 9;45 to say they were on their way. I've never had the ducts cleaned in the house. Desert Duct Detailing did a fantastic job, cleaning out the ducts. As it was the first time, ever done, the ducts were disgusting, and there was a bit of dust covering the areas where the ducts were cleaned. Travis went the extra mile, pulled out his shop vac, and cleaned up all the dust. Would hire again and would definitely recommend to anyone

This company works efficiently, thoroughly and quickly. They completed the work after arriving at the specified time in three hours, originally estimated at four hours. I would definitely recommend Travis to anyone needing duct work of any kind in their home. DDD is most definitely a class act !

Travis and crew were extremely professional and courteous. Did a VERY thorough job. Responsive to our requests and explained all of their processes. Worked very hard for over 4 hours. Removed and cleaned all air vents, cleared all air duct systems, sanitized ducts, cleaned exhaust fans, dryer vent, A coils and kitchen hood.
