"Luis was professional and communicated well. The job was done in just a couple days. So happy we hired LM Landscaping!"

"Landscaping lights were not turning on. Matt was able to pinpoint the problem through a series of questions. Very patient and professional."

"The basic electrical work went well.  The switches and the outlet work fine.
At the start of the job I specified switches with indicator lights so the pump condition could be seen at a glance.  They said: no problem, install unlighted switches now and we'll order switches with lights (2 three-way and 1 four-way).
The job was completed with unlighted switches and a promise to replace them with lighted switches as soon as they are received.
There have many delays and unanswered telephone messages.  The story is: nobody makes a four-way lighted switch, but three-way lighted switches are available.
After a while, I stopped leaving messages on their phone.  I would like to have the available lighted switches.

"1. All trees went well, except two.  I wanted them cut so they were roof level and thinned.  Two of the trees hang over the roof and are much higher.  One tree was not thinned.
2. We were told our watering system was too close to the trees. so we said OK and  they moved all the watering points back, all went well except this put our front tree in stress and it loss all of its leaves.  They did come out to try and save the tree, which had a positive outcome.
3. Landscape lighting system was never fixed. We had a diagnosis done and we decided to have them fix the problem. They had to come out 4 more times to repair the original problem, but now 4 lights are very low light.  We chose not to have them come out again.  The workmanship was poor, so bad, they had to have someone come out to redo the first work on the electrical, and while we waited, we had to screw the box to the house so it would not fall over.
4.  We had two irrigation leaks, they had to come out 3 times to finally fix them. We finally dug the hole to show them the one leak.
5. An interesting note, I told the original Salesman, that I wanted water to the courtyard for 10 pots.  He said "we would have to run 10 lines".  That is when I should have said no and gone somewhere else.
6, Response time was not to my level of customer service.  Sometimes we had to wait 3 weeks for someone to come out. I would never do this in my business.
I was very disappointed, but they were very nice and professional and did  fix everything, except the lighting, as we choose not to call them. I did not notice the trees until later and decided it was not worth my time to have them re-trim the trees..

"If you need anything electrical, lighting solar,,,these are who you should use. They are professional experts and I plan on more projects with them. Fabulous!"

"It was fantastic.  My lights haven't worked consistently for 5 years.  He disconnected the terrible wiring in my garage, ran all new wiring, created a new outlet box so wires can reach without extension cords, replaced the broken outlet on my ceiling and cleaned all the wiring up.  He was very friendly, honest and would definitely recommend to anyone.

"Much quicker response than anyone else I have requested recently.  Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough in getting work done.  Have had problems getting this type work and other landscape repairs done timely, correctly and at reasonable cost.   This company does variety of services and I will definitely call them first for future needs."

"He did a really great job because the old light was self-done and the walls and ceiling are very thin. He improvised rather than saying he couldn't get it done and, again, I really love the difference. Super nice guy too - very polite but friendly."
