Did a fantastic job. Quick and even handled a little problem they dug up during the job, no issue or extra cost. Would 100% recommend and hire again.

It turned out their service would not solve our problem, but they researched n told us this ahead of time and gave us our own fix!!! Charged nothing! They were honest and up front and their suggestion worked!!! Rarely have I encountered such wonderful customer service!! Will call them in future for our lawn needs!!! Excellent experience!

My whole experience with Desert Designs was efficient and effective. Met with Josh to discuss what we wanted, and he effortlessly designed a wonderful atmosphere for my home. He and his crew installed a new paver driveway complete with lights and a pathway to my door, beautiful cacti plants throughout.

They re-did my entire front and back yard, removed my old decorative rock, laid new decorative rock, extended my patio with pavers, built an outdoor kitchen with a bar, a fire bit with a seating, and an area with turf. The Desert Designs Landscape crew did a fantastic job with providing my yard with a much desired facelift. They installed new gravel, a new solar lighting system to shine off of my cacti, and a drip system for my citrus trees. The whole time the crew was energetic and took pride in the work and service they provided.

Desert Designs Landscape was absolutely tremendous with their work around my house. They revamped my entire front yard. I now have a paver drive way, a new drip system and lights to showcase my saguaros. Will use them for my backyard after home remodel is finished

For starters this contractor ghosted me in the beginning then he reached back out with an apology explaining his situation. I felt this was heart felt st the time so I continued to work with him on my backyard project. He was good throughout the beginning phases and even met with us at locations to pick pavers. After the project was complete he promised a warranty for his work and explained what to look for in case of needed repair. This is where the problem comes in, he does not follow up on any of his warranty work and he will not get back to you if there is a problem. I will be taking this to the BBB and reporting the situation . The shame here is he has some good workers who work with him and they deserve better than this cause this hurts how they look as well.

I do not even know how to begin. Our 2.5 week large backyard renovation (block wall/retaining wall/steps/lighting, etc.) turned into a 4.5 month disaster. I wish I would have read the awful reviews for this company prior to hiring them. Horrible/no communication, dozens of no-show days, razor blades/garbage/cigarette butts were left in the yard almost daily and many, many more issues. Shoddy workmanship would be an understatement - we contacted the ROC due to the terrible work and never ending completion date. The wall was completed, but at that point, the owner (Josh) spoke with a structural engineer and determined the entire wall needed to be demoed and rebuilt because it was wavy, cracking and there were no expansion joints. In the end, Josh gave us a refund because he wanted to avoid an inspection by the ROC. He also stated he would lose his license. I am giving Desert Designs Landscape LLC a 1/2 star review only because it will not allow me to give them 0 stars. Personalized and professional service. We had a patio and new gravel installed. Josh helped with ideas and we added a raised corner bed which looks great. Josh took us to a stone yard and walked us through all of the materials options, gave us pros and cons and patiently answered all of our questions. His crew was great and Josh checked on their progress frequently. The crew was hardworking and professional. They completed the job and cleaned up very nicely. I want to stress ours was a small job. The manner in which we were treated from design, estimate and service seemed like it was a million dollar project! For great advice responsive service and quality workmanship you canâ t go wrong with this company.

Josh was knowledgeable about the trees and landscaping. The work crew had some conflicting information but we were able to work everything out. All work was done as promised so giving 5 stars.

What can I say? They were on time, cut down the tree, cleaned up the mess and hauled the mess away. They seemed like a nice group of workers. Everything worked out to my satisfaction. They did the job I paid them to do. I'm happy the tree is gone--it's that simple.

Estimator came out fairly soon and gave me a reasonable price quote. Work date was scheduled for the following week. Work crew arrived as scheduled and did a fairly good job. There was a problem with some of their equipment, so am waiting for a follow up visit to complete the tree pruning.

i requested to have the bushes trimmed shorter that the first time they were at my house , they did return and di the job as I wanted and also removed two trees I needed cut down.
