"Wow! SRV was fantastic! He arrived on time. Was quick and very knowledgeable. He installed all my fans and did some extra items on the spot. His pricing was reasonable. He was kind and I felt like he was really taking care of my needs and went the extra mile to point out some problems my builder left behind. He even took care of one of them for me. Sergio was wonderful and I am recommending him to all of my family and friends. This was my first servicemagic experience and a GOOD ONE! I look forward to working with SRV Electric more. "The installation was fine and worked okay for a period of time. It stopped working, we called them, the came out and it started working when they came out to check it. It worked off and on for a period of time and is now not working at all.
The power the ceiling fan and the closet light are both not working. The work started showing irregular behavior about 5 months after installation and stopped working completely less than a year after the installation.
- They made good and came out and updated the work to ensure that there were no more issues

"Josh was communicative, prompt, and thorough. He took his time to make sure the job was done correctly and ensured a safe result.
