I called in the morning and Phil promptly returned my call and arranged to fix the dryer the same day.  I asked if he needed the model number of my older Maytag Neptune dryer, but he said he probably had the parts on the truck.  He replaced the worn parts and showed me the damaged ones.  He was pleasant and professional and I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

He is a one-man operation; he is the owner and operator. He answers his phone. He is there when you want him. He is diligent about responding to calls if you leave messages. He shows up on time and he does a very good job. He is reasonable and is a really good guy.
