"John arrived on time for both the estimate appoint and on the day of the service.  The tiles in my  house are ten years old and have never been professionally cleaned.  I had 2 area rugs on the floor for the last five years, so when they were removed there was a definite line on the tiles where the rug began and ended.  After the cleaning , you could not tell where the rugs where.  The tiles were clean and looked new.  John also resealed the grout with a new color I had chosen .  They also caulked the entire tile area that was next to the baseboards.  This area was in need of fixing because there was   a very noticeable space between the tiles and the baseboard.  I am pleased with the work and workmanship.   The tiles look brand new.
 The granite counter tops also look great.  I would definitely recommend this service to any of my friends.
As a  matter of fact,John is coming out next week to clean my rugs and furniture.
