The purpose of this project was to insulate a wall between two condos for soundproofing. It appears to have helped, but we won’t truly know u til we spend the night there and the one unit is being remodeled. I did turn the tv up to 100 and the sound was definitely muffled. It appears to have helped. We are also going to be installing soundproofing panels to a connecting closet and this should also help.

Their quote was significantly higher than a competitor quote.

After receiving bids from three other companies that provide Blown-in Insulation, Attic Construction AZ's complete process was explained to me from start to finish. They would set up a protective barrier to keep there work area clean. There removal of existing insulation material, Sanitizing the attic, rodent proofing and sealing all penetration points in the ceiling before blowing in new insulation. And extensive clean up on completion of the job. There process was a lot more thrall then most of the other companies I received bids from. They were courteous, efficient and prompt. I would defiantly recommend Attic Construction AZ for your Home Insulating needs.....

Attic Construction AZ was hired to remove the old insulation from my attic. After performing this, they rodent proofed my attic. From the first telephone call to the completion of the service, they were prompt, courteous, efficient and diligent in their work. The Owner personally called me several times to make certain I was satisfied with their work. Not only that, but their price was lower than my other bids. I recommend them to anyone in need of competent and quality workmanship.

I wanted insulation blown in above the ceiling of my condo to lessen the noise from my neighbors above. Darren was very responsive and professional and knew exactly what I was looking for. The crew arrived on time, was very nice, and covered the house in plastic sheeting to protect everything from the incredible amount of dust created by drilling dozens of holes in the ceiling to shoot the insulation. Their subcontractor Robert arrived the next day to repair the holes and repaint the ceilings. He also was able to install can lights in my living room (separate job and quote from the job Attic Construction was doing). During installation of the lights, we discovered that some of the cavities that should have been filled by new insulation were not, due to a problem with the old insulation. One call to Darren and the insulation guys showed up early the next morning to take care of it. Robert the drywall guy and his helper Carlos did an amazing job repairing all the holes, you can't even tell that my ceiling looked like swiss cheese at one point. The reduction in sound coming from upstairs is noticeable due to the new insulation and I love my new lights. Be aware though that a job like this is incredibly messy and dusty but Attic Construction OC made it as easy as possible.

This review is for the Irvine District Office. Stephen S, General Manager came to our home and made an inspection of our attic. I was quoted higher than average price and expected the high quality crew to do the attic insulation removal/clean up/air duct installation/blown-in insulation. I was disappointed with the carelessness of the three crew members that were sent to our house. These are the reasons why: 1) The plastic protective film kept falling from the walls/doors. I could clearly see that more adhesive tape was placed on plastic rather than to the wall. I was told it is the tape. (insulation dust getting into the home) 2) Our carbon monoxide alarm kept beeping because while they vacuumed the old insulation the generator used was placed too close to our garage entrance and gas fumes were getting into the house. I called Stephen to call them and correct the position of the generator. 3) Accidents occur when a crew member stapled his finger and stepped through our ceiling creating a 24x48 opening which was eventually repaired by our well-known drywall professional. I did not want to wait until Stephen found one to correct the poor work his crew member did. 4) This crew member that attempted to do the drywall repair did it incorrectly and delayed the completion by two weeks. (I hoped to attach some photos.) The good thing is that Mr. Stephen S, GM was kind enough to discount $500 for the inconvenience and paid our drywall professionals invoice. Overall our attic appears to be well insulated and air ducts seem to be working.

We asked for a quote from Triton Air and they said they couldn't do the work because the attic space is too tight. Attic Construction said they could do it and gave us a very competitive quote; and they included a team member who was able to fit nicely into our tiny attic space. She was awesome!!!
