"Bill, the owner, is very professional. He does great work, works quickly and cleans up behind himself. If he is uncertain whether he will be able to get a very dirty item clean, he will tell you up front.
The recliners turned out beautifully. Even the extremely dirty one turned out great. The only thing I did not five him an "A" on was punctuality because he was a bit late. I gave him a "B" there.
This is the second time I have had Bill do work for me, and I will definitely call him again when I need something cleaned. Really you can't get much better than this. The company owner is the one doing the work and he has good business and people skills. When it comes to customer service, he "gets it" and you won't be disappointed when working with him. "Technician arrived on time, got to work quickly, very respectful (wore booties) not to track in dirt into my home. Did a very good job cleaning all the windows. I had though he would clean the window tracks a little, but that is extra $ as are screens. He did give me good advise on how to get rid of the dirt down inside the narrow tracks, which I did appreciate!"
