"They couldn't have been better. Arrived on time and did everything on my list, including cleaning windows and screens, along with the usual things. They worked fast and the price was more than reasonable. So much so that I am thinking about have the cleaning done more often."

"Gaia has been wonderful. They use natural cleaning supplies to clean our home, which I very much appreciate. They are professional and thorough. I've used home cleaning services for many years across several states and I believe Gaia goes above and beyond most cleaning companies. They are courteous and respectful of our property and I believe they clean our home just like they'd clean their own. All of the agents are masked when they enter the home and throughout the cleaning. I'd tried a couple of cleaning companies in Tucson before finding Gaia. I'm very happy to be one of their customers and I highly recommend them."

Customers say: Quick response

"they arrive and did a great job for the first time, cleaned some parts of house in detail that will not be required every time and what impressed me the most is there was not additional charges. One of the ladies saw some minor dirt inside oven and opened and cleaned so I asked if they had any additional charges for items such as that and was told NO, would clean all as needed. Very impressive as most companies would charge. Yes I could recommend them but from experience I never recommend anyone as that is way of making friend and enemy."

"This is a new cleaning business I saw online so I was a bit skeptical but speaking on the phone with the business owner went smooth and was reasonably priced. He was respectful and knowledgeable. When arranging the cleaning, it was only fast responses. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleaner’s job. Everything I had asked for was done with great care and attention to detail. I don’t usually give any tip but I had to based on the performance of the team. Been recommending to people in the area and can’t wait to get another cleaning!! Highly recommend!!"

House Cleaning questions, answered by experts

According to the National Library of Medicine, ethyl alcohol is the best disinfectant for killing the flu virus, while bleach effectively kills bacteria, fungi, and viruses. Other efficient disinfectants include diluted bleach solutions, rubbing alcohol, and hydrogen peroxide. Consult a local cleaning pro before applying these chemicals as disinfectants.

Some housekeepers bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment, while others expect you to provide them. Always clarify this detail before hiring, as it can affect both the overall cost and the types of products used in your home. If you have specific preferences for certain brands or eco-friendly products, discuss these needs upfront to avoid misunderstandings.

A baking soda paste made with about one part baking soda to one part water works magic on most baked-on stains. Scrub the paste into the grease, then let it sit for about 15 minutes. Then, wipe the area clean with a microfiber cloth. Repeat as needed for the most stubborn stains.

The cost of a professional deep clean ranges from $180 to $375, depending on the size of the home and what state it’s in. A 2,000-square-foot home, for example, can cost anywhere from $240 to $500 to deep clean, while a 3,000-square-foot home falls in the $360 to $750 range.

You can remove stubborn stains from your toilet by scrubbing with a store-bought cleaner appropriate for the toilet’s material. If you’re looking for a homemade solution, you can also use vinegar and baking soda—just pour 2 cups of white vinegar around the edges of your toilet. Once the bowl is wet with vinegar, sprinkle 3 tablespoons of baking soda, concentrating on the stains. Scrub the bowl with a toilet brush and flush to clean the mixture.

Just a note: While combining baking soda and vinegar is OK, never mix that solution with any other cleaners.
