They failed to let us know we needed a dedicated line for a microwave, despite our specifically inquiring about this before the work began. This necessitated an expensive after-the-fact electrical bill which they initially agreed to pay then refused to pay after the work was performed. In fact, they told us exactly who to call to get the repairs done and we did that, because they said they'd pay for that work. After arguing with the owner, he agreed to pay $100 towards the approximate $500 bill, but was insulting and arrogant. One employee blamed it on another employee, and the owner refused to acknowledge that even happened, essentially calling me a liar. Work that was supposed to be completed by July 1st was finished today (09-18), due to mistakes they made with the original granite countertop. The owner (Andy) was rude, abrasive and unpleasant to deal with. Several of the actual installers were helpful and professional, but we never experienced such a poor attitude from a contractor. I would never use them again or recommend them - their word means absolutely nothing, and they are extremely unprofessional towards their clients. The representative provided an estimate for the cost of replacing the roof in question as requested. Although the estimate for a more extensive job was reasonable, we decided to go with another contractor whose estimate was to repair the existing roof with a similar warranty and for less cost.

FAQs for basement leak repair projects in Lakeside, AZ
The cost to finish a basement is $18,400 for the average homeowner. However, this cost could be as little as $2,800 or as much as $34,500, depending on the basement size and the materials needed. If your basement is already outfitted with electrical and plumbing, expect the cost to fall on the lower end.
For example, the drywall cost for this project averages around $1,750, but other features, like hiring a plumber, cost between $45 and $200 per hour.
The cost to remodel a basement is between $12,100 and $33,400 for the average homeowner. The price you pay can be as little as $3,500 or as much as $50,200, depending on the size and condition of your basement and the type of remodel you're doing.
If you're doing a simple project like adding a home office to your basement, you can expect to pay anywhere from $500 to $3,000. However, if you're adding a bathroom, which is an extensive project, you can expect to pay between $6,600 to $16,500.
Damp proofing and waterproofing are both methods to help keep your basement dry. Damp proofing keeps soil moisture from entering your basement, which is helpful since your basement is underground. Waterproofing, however, keeps both soil moisture and liquid water out of the basement, which is essential, especially if you live in a wet environment. Because it’s more protective, waterproofing typically costs more than damp proofing.
Although homeowners often use the terms basement remodeling and basement finishing interchangeably, they are quite different terms.
Finishing a basement is the process of taking a basement space that is not habitable and adding elements to make it usable. This includes adding plumbing, flooring, and insulation.
Remodeling a basement means taking an already existing finished basement and changing it, often by adding or removing walls, adding plumbing, or changing the existing flooring.
The cost of basement waterproofing is $4,950 for the average homeowner. However, you could end up paying between $600 and $14,000, depending on factors like basement size, waterproofing method, and the region you live in.
If you live in an area with heavy rainfall, you might be paying more for waterproofing than if you lived somewhere drier since waterproofing contractors would be in high demand. Likewise, a 500-foot basement costs between $2,500and $5,000 to waterproof, but that price rises significantly for a larger basement.
