(many companies do this KNOWING that they can get things done quickly, thereby making over $100/hr. on some jobs) I've built decks, garages, homes, and additions. I've remodeled kitchens, baths, basements, and virtually every room in a home. I've ran equipment, developed roads, driveways, and fixed drainage issues. We are a family owned and operated business in Yavapai County, Arizona. We currently are a 4 man team, with 2 employees. We do work with numerous different Real Estate companies as well as Property Management teams, so we work with sales and rentals. Billing is done when the job is completed, we only accept cash or check currently. But we are in the process of being able to take credit cards. When a client receives their first cleaning they will get a discount up to 15%, also if a client refers us to a friend they will also receive a discount up to 20% on their next cleaning. In some instances, we will ask if half of the payment amount be paid up front, and the second half is due upon completion of our services.
