The provider patched up my holes but the drywall doesn't match the original dry wall that well. I ended up removing the popcorn ceiling by someone else so the ceiling looks good now.

Art was the painter,..very deliberate, very professional.  The only downside was the owner of the company who was always calling him.

They were fast and really good!

He didn't show up for the initial meeting.  Nor did he call so I drove an hour across town.  Then he didn't answer the phone.  This was to do a walk through.  At that time we would determine colors etc.  Then he avoided this altogether and I had to get a verbal list from him.  This is of things we were to provide.  The contract was for labor only. Then he did not do the work and stopped answering his phone.  Until I left a threatening message to write a bad review on Angie's List, he finally called me back and got the work on the calendar.  It was supposed to be 3 guys hours.  Mid afternoon I called to get a progress report and discuss any additional work I could possibly have done with the remainder of my time.  He again dodged my phone calls and didn't call back until the day was over and they had left the job site.  They quit at 2:30.  I said "you owe me more hours", he lied and said "we started at 5:30.  When I reminded him that my real estate agent didn't unlock the door until 8:00 am he again lied and said they broke into the home through a window.  It took me a few years to write this because I did not want to adversely affect his business but after much deliberation I decided I am tired of guys with this business practice.  Angie's List gets a bad grade too.  They offer these "deals" and I feel they are selling out a bit.

It went very well. I had specific instructions (above chair rail in dining room; one wall in family room; etc, and they followed my instructions to a 'T." I was very happy with the results, and I definitely would use this company again.

They did a miserable paint job.  The paint peeled and faded quickly. I’ve had to sue them. I would never want them to do painting for me or anyone on Angie’s list.

Arrived on time and repaired drywall on a water damaged wall.  Was very happy with work completed and would use this company again.

Instead of replacing drywall just patched it.  finished joy was rough and shoddy.  Spent very little time on the job Paid for 3 hours but hurried job to finish in an hour.

Response and arrangement of appointment were very prompt. Showed on time at house and did planned repairs ( and a few more) very quickly to my great satisfaction. Thank you!

It was okay. The gentleman that was running it was a little bit abrasive, but the workers that he sent to work on my house were very nice. I don't anything really bad to say, but I don't know if I would contact them again to do any other painting jobs for me. They were very responsive. It was interesting because my friend and I had purchased the deal and they told her to get the most out of the painting that she could remove all the light fixture coverings so they could paint underneath them and I wasn't told that information. So it took more time for them to go and take those things off versus painting, so that was part of disruption of time that I wasn't really pleased with. If you would tell one person that, why wouldn't you tell everybody that because I could have easily done that myself. So instead of having extra half hour or forty five minutes may be or an hour of painting without them having through go through and take all those coverings off. There were two of his employees that came out. The individual that owns the company did not come out to my place and again he went to the friend that we purchased the deal at the same time. He went out to her place and was there to help with everything, but wasn't on site for me. They did a really good job of the painting. One painter was late, I think he had a flat tire on the freeway but things happen and he did make up that time up so I appreciated that. When I called the owner about the painter being late he was quite abrasive and he coined to let me know that I don't know what I don't know when it comes to painting and he is the expert. So that sort of customer service experience is what I didn't appreciate but the quality of work was good for the painters. Their price was very fair. It was something I didn't understand upon purchase. It was not the square footage or the rooms to be painted but it was the time.

Very professional, fixed the issue I brought them in to do and even fixed some additional holes in out garage walls that I wasn't aware of.

It went awful. This vendor almost never returns phone calls or answers emails and certainly didn't show up when he said he would. He also said he could repair our leaking roof which caused the drywall damage we hired him for in the first place so we hired him to do that and now it leaks--$5,000.00 for the roof. We called him 2/20015 and he promised to show up to repair the roof but was a no show, again. It cost us $65.00 to finish up what he didn't finish and sent him a bill and reminders numerous times but he never paid us for our out-of-pocket expenses. We paid in full and asked him for an itemized receipt which he never provided but we asked for this numerous times. Still waiting.
We have filed a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and have contacted their Bonding Company to file a claim.

They were just kind of okay were here on a discounted rate and when I talk to them about the possible additional project they want to includes. They patch my walls else I contract them quite well. They were very fast, they were extremely quick. They were in and out within an hour. They asked for offer their compensation. They were good.
