I also wanted to have special attention paid to the closet on the small bedroom and have that cleaned extra well if possible; it smelled like cat urine to me. He was very nice and did as I asked. For an extra $30 he also scotchgarded the carpets for me. I asked if he did tile too and what it would cost. I recall him stating that he does clean tile, but not the price quoted.
