"We used both services, this part of the review is for the window cleaning.  It went just fine.  Two men showed up on time, they were professional and didn't over bill us.  I thought I had French windows but they said that the framework was inside the window, not outside, therefore would not charge for that service.  They were quick, efficient and friendly.
The carpet cleaning went well - the technician took into account that the carpet was pretty new and not too dirty, so he didn't try to up-sell me on a protectant application - I appreciated that.

"John called the morning of with ETA and arrived on time. The tile had not been sealed in a long time (I am busy) and my wife cooks great, but it realy dirtied the tile by the stove. Martin's All Floors brought my floor to new. I couldn't believe how much dirt was in the floor. They even painted the groute and sealed after the cleaning. This was a couple of months ago and I still look at the floors every day and saw "wow, this is a beautiful floor"! I will always call on Martin's to keep my floors looking new. "Kelley's Desert Storm Cleaning was okay. It was a single guy that came in. He basically did the cleaning and stuff and cleaned the carpet and stuff like that. He did a good job. Again, it wasn't what we expected but he did a good job. I'd probably not use them again in the future."
