Would you want personnel that did not know what they were doing try to fix a job they did wrong? I asked for a partial reimbursement for the roofing job and the Mr. Fix-It owner did not agree to this compromise. Other examples of personnel issues showing a lack of experience and/or training involve improperly hanging ornamental shutters and not properly completing and cleaning up after a facia replacement job. In both cases I had to point out the issues, as no one in Mr. Fit-It management checked their personnel’s work. Someone did come out and address the issues I raised, but why should this have been done in the first case?
