Quality job from start  to finish

We had this done in a summer home that we had not yet lived in. We went to the store, based on the Angie's List recommendation. We paid in advance after picking out a color. Dealt directly with Reva and she could not have been any nicer or easier to deal with. Very pleasant and personable, making the process very seamless.  The installation was done after we returned to our winter home and the installer was kind enough to take pictures of the finished product and send them to me.
The only thing that I was not too happy with was the color of the molding, which I based on the color that the vinyl looked in the store. It looked greyish white in the store and once installed in my bathroom, very definitely a light beige. I chose a grey molding because of this and it does not look all that great with the beige floor. But all in all, for doing this quickly, and mostly long distance, I am pleased with the results.
The only reason I did not give them an A for professionalism was because when we met with the installer to pay him for his services, he smelled of alcohol.

Reva, the owner, was an absolute delight to work with.  She was a partner, not simply a vendor.  It was clear to me that she gets great satisfaction from helping those who seek out her assistance.  She is very efficient, if not by nature, then by necessity as the times that I have met with her she was in high demand and was not lacking in customers.  Although she had much higher dollar customer than I, she made me feel that I was just as important to her as anyone else.
The actual work was performed professionally and in a timely manner.  The installer was very personable, clearly experienced, and took a great deal of pride in the quality of his work.  He was clean, well-groomed and very appropriate in all of our interactions.
I am very satisfied with the final product and if I ever need any additional carpet or other flooring work done I will absolutely have it done by Reva's Floor Decor Inc.

Our experience was a good one from the moment we walked in to the showroom.  Sue quickly got the idea of what we needed and directed us to the best type of product.  Reva and an associate came to measure as soon as we could schedule it.  As to the carpet work itself, first, a team--Tim and an associate--came in to move furniture, tear out the old carpet, clean and seal the floors.  The carpet installation was done by Dave.  He also did essentially all  of the furniture replacement.  (He even returned on Memorial Day to finish this up!)  Reva and Sue worked with us around our work schedules to arrange the timing.  All involved were helpful, prompt, pleasant and hard workers.  The installation job looks excellent and we are very pleased.

Reva came out to measure area and suggested colors and textures to match our decor. Linoleum, old carpets and pads and leftovers were carted away. Reva worked with the owner to his satisfaction. work went smoothly when tile and wood installations were supervised by experienced craftsmen.

The staff at Reva's Floor Decor was wonderful and helped us choose a design for our fireplace remodel that would fit our decor. With their advice we chose porcelain tile over stone. The tile not only looks phenomenal, it is much easier to keep clean. We are very happy and satisfied with their service.

It went very well. I took longer than we planned but it was because the installer was very meticulous about matching up the pattern in the carpet. I certainly don't mind the extra time to get a perfectly beautiful carpet. The installer and his helper were very friendly and very helpful and did several little extra things for me. It was a pleasure to have them here.
