Provider claims that they will move furniture to clean carpet. They seemed in a hurry and did not clean under even under the smallest pieces of furniture.

We got taken. They came in with a quote and started adding on everything.  My wife said well can you get that spot?  Instead of saying that cost $50, they said no problem and next thing we were $200 more than we thought we were.  They had a special, three rooms for $100.  I thought they were competent.  Their work was good to mediocre.

I would give them all A's. I thought they were well priced. They were really good. I would use them again.

They came and did the job but it wasn't anything really special. They cleaned the carpet and that was fine. The only thing we had a problem was they weren't very punctual. The cleaning itself was fair. It was a half day job. I would consider them.

The two technicians arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently.  They moved furniture as needed and were very careful with all the items to be moved.  There was a problem when they tried to hang the drapes over the curtain-rod.  In trying to stuff the bulk of the drapes between the curtain-rod and the wall, the curtain-rod pulled off the wall.  Fortunately, they were not hurt when the 10 ft. long iron curtain-rod fell down. It would have been best to ask me what to do with the drapes to get them away from the tile floor, as I could have taken the drapes down for them, which is what I finally had to do anyway.  The cleaner they used for the tile did an excellent job of cleaning the grout.  All of the cleaning went very well; they first cleaned overall and then went back over stubborn areas.  All the water was thoroughly removed by suction, which I much appreciated, as it made the drying time relatively short.  Both men were very professional and courteous.  Their work was thorough and they worked with care. I was quite pleased with the result and will definitely use them again.

They do a good job, though are a bit expensive. One of the guys is very nice, the other a bit surly.  For the second time in a row they left the cap off our septic system when they pulled their drain hose out. Last time I fixed it, this time I was annoyed enough to call them to come do it. At first the woman "dispatcher" I was handed off to told me she didn't know anything about that and everyone went home fro the day. She kept saying that while I was telling her it was unprofessional, negligent and a health hazard to have an open septic system, and it stank. She finally said she'd try to get someone over to fix it, and then called back about 20 minutes later to say someone was on their way. About 30 minutes later a guy did show up, and he was professional and courteous though a bit annoyed at such a small item. We use them once or twice a year, my wife likes them, I will look around for someone less expensive and more competent next time.

It went well - it was the first time the carpet was cleaned ... it was fast, they did add on a few more charges I wasn't expecting, but we were pleased with their work

Work was done quickly and professionally.  I was happy with the results.

Provider cleaned in a quick manner and I had to ask the cleaner guy to go over traffic areas in two of the bedrooms. Although he initially argued with me that it wouldn't help in the traffic areas, it did help. All in all, you get a decent job for an affordable price. The trick is for the homeowner to be proactive in having carpets cleaned twice a year because for really dirty carpets, this company does not provide the adequate service to get a dirty carpet cleaned. I was surprised and disappointed to be charged an extra $12 by the provider once he got to the house for to clean one closet (that I had told the service person over the phone that was part of the cleaning situation). The cleaner guy was not going to do any cleaning unless I agreed to pay that extra fee. I was not in a position to argue at that time.

The service given by Stanley Steemer is for a quick carpet cleaning at an inexpensive price. I acknowledge that the public knows that ahead of time and needs to be proactive in having their carpets cleaned regularly for this service to be worthwhile. The provider does not spend extra time needed to clean really dirty carpets, and often a month later the carpet looks almost like it did before they cleaned it. So the consumer needs to know up front that it is a quick easy clean not necessarily a long term clean depending upon the condition of the carpet. (which is not provider's fault).

They were very professional, team of two, drove from Tucson so dispatcher called me twice prior to their arrival. The carpets look great and upholstery too although the furniture is pretty old and worn. In one bedroom there were stains on carpet that other cleaners couldn't remove but these guys did. They moved everything I wanted moved and put coasters under furniture that was moved and cleaned. I think the equipment worked very well. Last year the cleaner I used did a bad job and I was worried about that. The carpets took days to dry and still looked dirty. He left water on the tile floors and I was not happy about that. He said he really didn't have anything to dry it. Stanley Steemer brought everything they needed to clean after themselves and even left caution stickies in doorways. I will definitely use them again.

We have used Stanley Steemer before and have been satisfied with their work. We were originally scheduled for 11-2 but they changed it to 2-5 which was just a slight inconvenience. Both James and Gary worked well together and wasted no time in getting the job done. We will use them again. They do a great job in cleaning up any mess that the process produces.

We had them twice and we have been very pleased with their carpet scrubbing. I like them both times. Last time that was the young kid and I think even did a better job than one before. It was fall of 2013. It was $99 for the job. They came and did the equivalent of 3 rooms I think. They kept booties on their feet and took them off when they went out and did not drag on their hoses all over and I am just delighted with them.

I liked them very much and plan to use them again.

It went fine. They were very good and arrived ontime. I didn't have any complaints about them at all.

They sent a manager over to review what happened and they took the employees side. I felt like I was in a swim suit when the creepy employee checked me out. They did refund the money after I asked for it. But still I will never forget the image of a business sending a stranger over and being checked out sexually. CREEPIEST EXPERIENCE EVER!

They were very thorough, helpful and moved all our stuff. The condition of the carpet after they left was very very good.

I had the carpets in our home cleaned this morning. We have an extremely
active 4yr old here which makes it mandatory to get them cleaned at
least twice a year. I have used Stanley Steemer in the past but I
switched because I thought they were a bit too expensive. After trying
several other companies to varying degrees of satisfaction, I thought I
would give Stanley Steemer another try. I Scheduled the appointment on
Tuesday and had the carpets cleaned on Thursday of the same week. I
needed a and quot;first appointmentand quot; of the day so that the carpets could have a
chance at drying before the little one got home from school. The two
employees, Ricardo and Jeremy arrived promptly as promised. After
looking at the areas I wanted cleaned, 3 bedrooms and a living room,
they set about doing what they do. I am really satisfied with how the
carpets looked after the service. I still think that they are a bit on
the expensive side but it can not be argued at how well they go about
giving you the best results. misedon
