"We had 2 recliner chairs that required some attention after 10 years of service. Victor came to assess the chairs, then scheduled a return to perform the repairs bringing any necessary parts required. Both chairs were opened up, all hardware retightened using Locktite, adjustments made, a layer of seat cushion material added, with repairs completed on both chairs with 4 hours right in our home. Victor is very good at his work and very pleasant to deal with. Price of $400 was very fair considering chairs were brought back to new operating condition and appearance, and cost for new chairs would be well over $2500-$3000."
