After I saw how well he had done on my parent?s home I asked them for his number. He had gotten out all of the stains from there silly little dog.
Mark did a great job. I asked him to clean an older upholstered sofa and it really brought it back to life. The color was brighter and it no longer smelled dusty.
He also did the carpeted floors in the bedrooms and hallway. He really takes his time and dose a nice job. None of this rushing to get out the door or trying to sell me on some additional products. Mark was able to get out a couple of old spots and the carpets came out very clean and dried quickly.

We know Mark and use his services for close to 10 years now, approximately 2-3 times per year, and we do not clean our carpet in-between, even do not vacuum too much. Over all this time, there was no single time when I would feel even a little bit dissatisfied, whatsoever. Mark always can schedule within 2-3 days, always comes on time, and always does a great job.
