We had a difficult move with heavy furniture and antiques. our crew had the right equipment to move our heavy items and plenty of shrink wrap and blankets to protect our items. We will definitely use them again!

Do not hire this moving company! Tony is dishonest and has no integrity whatsoever. Veteran's Moving Service caused damage to our upholstered chair, ottoman, and dining table. Tony removed the blankets we had on the sofa and chair so he could fit them in the U-pod. When I said we wanted them left on for protection he said it was not needed unless we were planning to store the furniture for longer than transit time to Pennsylvania. He then proceeded to load the items without concern for our concerns. He did not listen to us as to the items that could stay behind to make more room. He just kept repeating that he was the miracle worker who could fit it all in.
He was very aggressive and intimidating and just kept loading. His only helper was a teenage boy who loaded and damaged the ottoman. When I pointed that out, along with a few other issues of concern, Tony only said said it would be fine. He was not at all concerned about any damage that had or might occur. But it was not fine at all and those 3 items arrived damaged.
When we tried working toward a resolution through Movinghelp.com. Tony completely and absolutely lied about everything! He denied it all and would not accept responsibility!! There are lots of choices out there. I believe this moving service is probably a one man operation with differing untrained helpers. I know it is a very poor one and very unprofessional! No one who has such total disregard for a customer should even be in business!

My daughter had to move out of her apartment to another located about 5 miles away.  She rented a uHual and found Tony at Veterans Moving Service and they were great.  They has to move a 2 bedroom apartment from the second floor to a new apartment also located on a second floor and did it all within 3 hours.  They brought their own supplies, including tape, hand truck and even provided plastic shrink wrap to keep drawers from opening, etc.  They even took apart her bed and helped her put it back together.
These guys were great and highlyy recommended.
