I've been using Cummings for over 30 years (before 1995) for monthly pest control maintenance (eg, scorpion control, etc) as well as annual termite maintenance/control. Have always done a great job for me and the monthly service really keeps scorpions at bay. Jeff, my monthly technician for many years now, is the best!

Cummings Termite & Pest Control has serviced our home since it was built in the 1990s. Usually, there is no termite activity. We have had a little termite activity, two times, and Cummings quickly got rid of it. They have honored their initial contract for all of these years. The technicians are punctual, clean, and friendly. This is one appointment we would never cancel!!

Cummings is the absolute best! They do everything, and they do it well. We moved here 12 years ago, and used two different companies in the first 6 months (give or take,) and found spiders and scorpions often because the house was on a big wash, after we switched to Cummings, when we found them they were dead or dying. Jeff has been our service tech the entire time, and someday he’ll retire and I’ll cry when that happens. He is incredibly aware and honest, as is the whole company. They have never surprised me with hidden fees, they’re very up front about everything. We’ve used them for bugs, rodents, and twice in the homes we’ve had here, Jeff has noticed termite activity and they’ve treated them. I have a sense of security knowing he will see anything that needs attention. Their prices are incredibly fair, and they’ve actually told me when I really don’t need something. They keep my card on file, automatically bill it, and I’m crazy forgetful, but they’ve never paused service when I’ve forgotten to update it when card numbers change. I really trust them 100%, and as long as I’m in their service area, they have a customer for life. Such an easy five stars, that the other five star companies if they’re out there are a lie, because Cummings (and Jeff) is better 😍

As has been the case in the 17 years we have done business with Cummings and Chris our technician, always dependable and have never had a problem.

First, a thorough inspection was done inside and outside. Very impressed with the attention to detail. Then we were treated with Termidor inside and outside. Service was prompt and service tech was courteous. Yard was left very neat after trenches were made around the stem wall. Price was fair and we will renew with a yearly contract for $150. Family owned business.

There were two technicians who came to inspect my home. One took care of the exterior and the other the interior. Both did a thorough job and covered each and every area of the home. They spread some repellent around the home for future problems if there should be some rain. They both were professional and were congenial to my questions and conversation. No. I was told he would be here at 1159. We got home before 1130 and received an e-mail saying the work was done. We need our garage serviced each time since we get hundreds of insects there. Plus, I was going to ask that he spray the interior since we had scorpions in the master bath.
