We do not hire out subcontractors; you will only get the Owner of the company when you hire us. Our EIN # is 20-4250549. We do not charge a trip charge for a bid or estimate. We can quote right over the phone what the charges will be when you are ready to hire. Our initial service fee is $65.00 for the first room and one hallway; $25.00 for additional rooms; $15.00 for additional hallways and/or walk in closets or bathrooms. Staircases are priced at $2.00 per stair. We offer protective sealer which is $20.00 for the first room; $15.00 for any additional rooms; $5.00 for hallways/walk in closets and $1.00 per stair. We specialize in upholstery cleaning including leather cleaning. We also clean oriental rugs. We offer rust, most pet, coffee, tea, blood and grease stain removal.
