We are a local owned and operated full service landscaping and design company. We started in Phoenix AZ and now service all of North & Central Arizona. We have been in business for over 24 years. No job is too large or too small. Each job is given a personal touch and our goal is to provide our customers with an environment that is easy to maintain and give them the comfort and tranquility that only a well designed landscape can provide.

"We have five very large pecan tress that were in desperate need of trimming and a mulberry tree that needed removing. Bob's Tree customer service was phenomenal. Immediate response after calling & apt scheduled right away for an estimate. Estimate given was a little higher that what I expected, having no clue what tree trimming was worth, but we went ahead with it, knowing Bob's Tree has been in business for years and has a great reputation. We were thrilled with the job they did and the amount of time it took. They left the yard even better than it was before they came, cleaning up every bit of wood that fell from the trimming and a great deal of pecans as well. After watching how hard they worked and the excellent way they cleared the trees and left the property upon completion, I was glad to write the check for them and glad that we were able to support a local business. "They charged me for drive time TO AND FROM the appt. They also didn't quite have enough freon to fill my very average size AC system so they charged me for another appt, once again the drive time TO AND FROM the appt. This means they are essentially charging double time to their customers if they are going from appt to appt!! This didn't come out until I got charged $600 for a simple freon fill up. I've had many of these appointments before in my various rental houses and I've never been charged $600 for filling freon. When I told management (John) my camera saw their tech was only on site for an hour, he pulled the driving records and showed me they charge the drive time both ways too. In addition, if the tech doesn't have enough freon, any other AC company in the world would send the tech out again for free due to the embarrassment of the tech not having the most basic material that is so common to need when ACs go out. The technician was great, but the billing practices and management have backwards and corrupt views. How is it my fault you needed another trip because your tech ran out of freon? Why am I responsible to pay drive time between your appointments both ways, when your tech could be coming from California for all I know??"

You should not put boric acid into your home’s air vents. While sprinkling boric acid in roach-prone areas is an effective way to get rid of them, it’s not safe to introduce those chemicals into your home’s air system. If you're dealing with an odor in your dryer that transfers onto your clothes and linens, here's what you can do: start by cleaning the lint trap and drum with warm soapy water. Then wipe down the interior using a mixture of equal parts water and white vinegar to eliminate any lingering odors.

To get rid of odors you can try this method: take a cloth soaked in vinegar and put it inside the dryer. Run the dryer on a heat setting for 15 minutes. Afterward, make sure to dry the drum by running it with some towels. This technique helps eliminate any smells and leaves your dryer smelling nice and fresh.

If the odors remain, you may need to sanitize your dryer or call in a professional house cleaner to handle the job.

There are a few things you can look out for that indicate it’s time to clean your dryer vent, including the following:

  • It has been a year or more since the last professional cleaning.

  • Your clothes are taking longer to dry than usual.

  • Your clothes smell musty or burnt when they come out of the dryer.

  • You see lint building up around the outside dryer vent cap.

  • Your laundry room is unusually hot.

  • Your dryer is unusually hot to the touch during operation.

  • You notice a kink in or damage to the vent.

A burnt rubber smell coming from your clothes after they’ve been in the dryer can be the result of too much lint in the lint trap. This prevents air from circulating properly, and the lint may even come into contact with the heating element. It could also be the result of bigger issues like a faulty thermostat or worn-out dryer belt. A burnt rubber smell can even come from elastic waistbands or rubber decals in your clothes. To remedy this, dry clothes on a lower heat setting or allow them to air dry instead.
