There continued to be problems within the systems of the computer. Luckily Jim charges by the job and not by the hour because he worked a LONG time to make it all work.  He kept in touch with me and addressed each issue as it arose until the job was done.  He was professional and courteous and hung in there until I was satisfied he had addressed everything. I would highly recommend Jim and will definitely use his services in the future, as needed.

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."

"Demers did a great job replacing our double-paned window. Their pricing is highly competitive, coming in considerably less than their competitors. The only downside was that it took a week and a half before someone could come out and measure the window, and only after that could they order the glass. From first phone call to completion took about three weeks. I had interaction with three of their employees and all were courteous and communicative throughout the entire process. If time is not an issue, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended!"
