Suzanne's Landscape

I was not pleased at all. She didn't show up when she said she was going to show up. She was late. It was for the estimate. I needed to wait for her. When she came back to do the work, she had to redo the estimate and said that she has to charge me $200. She said that her first estimate was $150 because she didn't see certain things. She started the work but she didn't finish it that day. She didn't tell us that it was going to be a 2-day job. She had to come back the following week. We waited for her for several hours and she finally showed up later in the day. She did the work and told us that she needed to come back one more time to finish trimming the trees. She never came back and we didn't even try calling her. We'll never use her again. Her voicemail is so full that I can't leave the message. I had to keep calling to get her on the phone. She wasn't clear that she's going to take three visits. Her price was reasonable. There was some spots she missed. She left a lot of ground covered with a lot of dead stuff on the ground. I had to point it out to her for her to clean it up.

She knows plants and is very dependible. She stops by on occassion to see how things are going. She is very reasonably priced.

Susanne's Landscaping is professional so far. She was referred to me by a nursery. She is very proactive. What she said she will do so far, she has got it on time and she's very knowledgeable about what plants will work where and how things grows up. So far I like her.
