They even got the areas of the carpeting that see the most foot traffic clean! The crew was very careful not to run the cleaning equipment into the door jambs and base boards. They placed corner protectors at each door jamb to make sure their equipment didn't scratch these surfaces. The owner/management team of this company was a pleasure to deal with from the initial contact to all follow up communications both before and after the job. We are supposed to receive a LOWES gift card within 30 days to replace the dryer. I am satisfied with the recommendation, however 30 days is a long time to be without my dryer.
