Riggs Services Carpet Tile & Stone cleaning is an owner/operator company. The owner (Joel Riggs) will be the person completing the work in your house. We do not use subcontractors. We do not add trip charges. We do have an $80 job minimum. Our general pricing is $40 per room. This includes Spot treatment, Pre-spray, and Extraction. Just like most carpet manufacturers, we highly recommend Carpet protectant if your carpet is more then 2 years old and it has been more then 1 year since the last application. Emails were sent to explain what I needed to do before Riggs Serviceman/owner Joel arrived. Joel arrived promptly, was very courteous and did a great job on our carpets. We had a few pet issues and so far am not able to tell there was one and the carpets look nice. Will use again and price was realistic.
I previously used Riggs floor cleaning service on a couple rentals and loved the way my floors turned out. In the rentals even the tile and grout looked like new. In the past, I spent 2-3 days on my hands and knees scrubbing to remove 2-5 years of tenant grime when they moved out. Joel had the tile floors looking like they were just installed in about 45 minutes.
After seeing what he could do for the rentals I was determined I would never break my back scrubbing another floor again and I would even have my own home cleaned. It only took about two and a half hours and was just as pleased with the results. I tried to move as much furniture out of his way as I could to expedite the service and what I couldn't move he did.
I had years of grey water build up since I had been cleaning my floors with a home carpet cleaner. There were not many other stains but the few there were, he managed to remove. Originally, my carpets were light in color with small brown flecks, and for the first time in years the carpet was light and I could see those little brown fleck again! I knew it was clean. I plan on having him out every six months or so because he's so reasonable and does the job so well. No more breaking my back to get my floors clean.
My home is a small single story four bedroom not more than 1300 sq ft. I have a lot of tile but at least 10' x12' to each room I had cleaned if not a little bigger.

I was so impressed with the quality of the work on the carpets, I asked if he cleaned tile and when he assured me he could do it as well as I do with a scrub brush, harsh cleansers and bucket on my hands, knees (which takes me three days) I decided to give it a try, the price was so worth it just to find out if it was true.
Turns out he wasso thourough and fast I'm going to give him ALL my business from now on.
I moved all my furniture onto my tile so he can clean as much area as possible, and he even put out these special corner protectors to make sure the cleaning hose (snaked between all the furniture during cleaning) didn't scuff anything.
He parked his truck in such a way that any water runoff didn't get into my driveway/plants/grass.
I'm impressed with this company and will continue to call them back for both my carpet and my tile cleaning.
