Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "I've been using Carpet Police for years and I am always glad when I call them! When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. My kitchen grout changed for the better after you guys were done last time. I'm pretty sure it was 2 shades lighter. I'll keep on calling you!"
