I could not be happier with Delestie Cleaning service! Delores and her staff are not only professionals, but extremely reliable. I have been scheduling them at our house every other week - Every room is cleaned very thoroughly, and to my satisfaction. This team doesn't just tidy up, THEY ACTUALLY DEEP-CLEAN. Being that "Delestie" is licensed and bonded puts me much more at ease!!!

If you decide to use DelEstie Cleaning Services, make sure to get references and detail everything you want cleaned in writing. We paid her 4X more than other cleaning services to clean a vacant home. We were told it would take two days to clean the home. They showed up at 8:00 on Saturday. They called and said they had finished at 4:00 the same day. We were told that the walls would be clean and we might not need to repaint the walls. The walls were clean. We were also told that the tile would look new. This was far from the truth. We were told that it could not be cleaned as the marks on the tile was actually burnt into the tile and the tile was stained and they could do nothing about it. This turned out to not be true at all. The floor was only wet mopped. We spent 6 hours after they left over the course of two days scrubbing the floors and removing the “burnt” marks and “stains”. Their cleaning of the tile floors was not even close to what was promised. We were foolish to not perform a complete walk through before paying for their service. We returned to the house on Sunday and the kitchen in our opinion was not cleaned. We let the business owner know we were not satisfied and it took her two weeks to return to finish the job. In interim we cleaned the tile ourselves and a good portion of the kitchen as the house is for sale and potential buyers were interested in looking at the house. They did not clean the carpets as we were told before the job started that they did not do that task. We accepted that carpet cleaning was not part of the work. They said the carpets would be vacuumed. The vacuum job in our opinion was inadequate. They did not vacuum the baseboards. The business is licensed, bonded and insured. We would not recommend this cleaning service unless you get everything listed in great detail to make sure you are getting what you paid for in writing. We also suggest you do not make the mistake we made and perform a complete walk through before payment. Overall we were disappointed in the service.

She provides exceptional cleaning services and is reliable, friendly, easy to work with, commutative, detailed, and highly organized with all the properties she manages. She will even show up in an emergency i.e. "when guests trash our place". We could not operate our business without her and are beyond grateful for all she does. Without a doubt Delores is the best cleaner we have ever had!

The owner came by personally to evaluate and give an accurate estimate, free of charge. Service was performed with adjusted, increased, manpower to make up for time lost when movers fell behind, at no extra cost. Even created a next day, very early, follow up to finish the clean, before sitting idle later in the day before. Professional, well equipped, friendly, bi-lingual, experienced. A+ in my book. I highly recommend this team.
