"I cannot say enough about Aaron Schwarder and Schwarder Construction. We bought a home that had not been updated since 1964. Plumbing included. Aarons crews redid both baths and the kitchen. Beautiful bright Carrera look tile, white counter tops, beadboard, wainscoting. New light and plumbing fixtures. Kitchen went from dark and cave like with fluorescent lights in plexiglass recessed ceiling thing, to raised ceiling, high end appliances, beadboard cabinets and an open to the dining room floor plan. Aaron was not satisfied with the cabinet surfaces and repainted them himself. All custom cabinets. Very important to me is the comfort level of having people working in my home. It can be awkward, to say the least. Aaron's guys are very respectful and always clean up at the end of the day, even if they are coming back in the morning. They were very careful not to let the animals escape. Recently I called the home depot pro desk with some questions about installing a new entry door and the first name they gave me was Schwarder Construction. I was raised to believe that a man's word is his worth. You can take Aaron at his word. 5 stars only because you cannot rate higher."

"Antelope springs basically took on the job of finishing my house. All the guys that came to my house, including sub contractors were awesome and professional. I am very picky so I do see things that weren't completed the way I would (paint). However every time I asked for something they bent over backwards to make it happen. This was a difficult remodel because we were living in the house while even the walls had to be installed. They worked around us and were very patient when we were in the way or had family here. John, Curtis, Robin and yes Larry too :) were just great to work with. Thank you Paul for everything you have helped me with too."

Fred Aziz is the owner (General Contractor ROC# 350558). Fred is personable, communicates well, timely (keeps his project schedule commitments), affordable, and, most importantly, produces top quality results. We were fortunate to find Fred after interviewing several contractors for a major renovation project on a home we recently purchased in Hassayampa. Fred is very â hands-on,â completing most of the work himself (i.e., very few, if any, subs). He frequently updates you on progress and seeks your input on materials and design considerations. Fred is relatively new to the Prescott area (having been here about one year), but he is not new to construction. He has years of experience, including running his own business in Thousand Oaks, CA. I canâ t think of anything Fred isnâ t capable of handling. He has a wide array of talents and skills. "My experience was not good with Cole?s Quality Tile. Starting off the price was increased after being quoted by Cole. Unfortunately the quote somehow disappeared from my email and his, so I had to agree to the higher price. It took a month to complete the install, which was fine since my home is vacant as I relocated my family out of state. During that month of the install there was crews there most days according to the cameras at my home entry points, so not sure why it did take that long. I just traveled back to check on my house and here is why I would not recommend Coles Quality Tile to anyone: -Thermostat adjusted to 55° to 79° in home -Walls scraped in multiple spots and left for me -No cleanup of any of the tile dust debris -Baseboards nicked and chipped in multiple areas -After 5 formal requests for an invoice for the $16k worth of work I paid for, I still do not have an invoice. I will leave a review on a new platform every week until I receive an invoice. Bad Business!"
